Delivery timelines are estimates only Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery You are responsible for providing accurate shipping address

6. Returns and Refunds

Agarbatti Machines: Once the machine / machine product reaches to your doorstep, its non refundable. only if the machine have not shipped and user wants to cancel the order then the advance payment is non refundable. Spare Parts & Raw Materials: Non-returnable unless defective Quality complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including: Machine designs and specifications Technical documentation Logos and branding Website content are proprietary property of Arati Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse our products for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer our machines
• Resell products as your own manufacture
• Share account access with unauthorized parties

9. Warranties and Liabilities

Machine Warranty:

• (a) For 4G machine - 6months (Motor , Gear box & Drive)
• (b) For 6G machine - 12months (Motor , Gear box & Drive)
• (c) For 6G + machine - 24months (Motor , Gear box & Drive)
• (d) For 8G machine - 24months (Motor , Gear box & Drive)
• Does not cover misuse or unauthorized modifications. Limitation of Liability: Company's liability limited to order value.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activities
• Non-payment
• Any unlawful conduct

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
